What features does your facility have?
  • State of the art gate software: SpiderDoor
  • Tenant App available for both iPhone and Android. On the app tenants can rent units, pay bills, open the gate and contact help.
  • Gate will open automatically when tenant approaches the gate.
  • Cell phone entry (no exiting your vehicle to unlock a padlock, then open the gate manually, then upon leaving the facility having to exit vehicle again to close and padlock the gate!)
  • When you rent from us, you get your own personal pin code. You’ll enter it to open the front gate. When you leave, you enter the code again and know your items are secured.

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

  • Heated Storage Units: Heated units that will protect your items from the cold weather in winter!
  • Boat and RV Parking: Completely new outside storage designed with boats and RVs in mind! Anyone looking for boat storage or RV storage probably knows how tricky it can be to maneuver into a storage unit. But don’t worry; our new parking space will feature easy angle parking to get in and out as well as wide drives up to 60’ covered storage. Perfect for easy access for large vehicles!
  • New Parking Lot: Our new parking lot will feature a surface area that is compressed milled asphalt which is nearly as strong as paving with a hot asphalt mix. Which means: no more mud for our customers!
